摘  要:目的进一步确保消毒供应中心灭菌蒸汽质量,更好地落实24 h灭菌制,提升急需器械和夜间保障能力。方法灭菌用蒸汽供应模式由蒸汽发生器供应(自产式)替代原有的集中式供应。结果自产式供应在制度、设备管理和供应时间等方面比集中式供应更显优势;灭菌蒸汽用水完全符合用水标准;提高灭菌包合格率,保证BD试验和批量合格率,增强了保障能力,各组数据组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自产式供气在保证蒸汽质量和灭菌效果的同时健全和提高了我科物资保障能力。Objective This study aimed to investigate the application of the self-produced steam in the sterilization area of Central Sterile Supply Department, and to explore whether the self-produced steam could contribute to the better implementation of the 24 hours sterilization system as well as to the enhancement of the ability to provide apparatuses in urgent need. Methods The original centralized supply was replaced by the self-produced steam in sterilization steam supply mode. Results The selfproduced steam had more advantages over the centralized supply in the system management, equipment management, supply time, and so on. The steam-sterilized water was in full compliance with the standard of water. The application of the self-produced steam increased the qualification rate of sterilization, ensured the qualification rate of BD test and batch, and enhanced the security ability. The comparison of the data of two groups indicated that there were significant differences(P0.05), which was statistically important. Conclusion The self-produced steam not only can improve the steam quality and the sterilization effect, but also can enhance the ability to provide material supply in our department.
