摘  要:为了解决火箭橇试验中发动机、爆炸螺栓等火工品在发射前点火电流的可靠性检测问题,同时提高现场检测的便携性及工作效率.本文从测量原理、硬件设计、软件设计、数据转化等方面进行了分析研究,提出了一种新型的点火电流检测仪的设计思路,经过软硬件调试,形成了原理样机,并进行了实际应用测试,将其和现有的测试设备进行了对比分析,发现样机可靠性和测试精度均满足设计要求.该点火电流检测仪小巧灵活,测试方便,可提高试验现场测试的便捷性,降低由于点火失败给试验带来的风险,提高试验成功率.In order to solve the ignition current reliability sensitivity detection problem of the engine explosive bolts,etc before launch in rocket sled trial,improve the portability of the on-site detection and the work efficiency at the same time.A new type of ignition current detector was designed based on the analysis of the measuring principle,hardware design,software design,data transformation and the principle prototype was formed through the software and hardware debugging.It's reliability and prototype test precision meet the design requirements compared with the existing test equipment through the practical application test.The ignition current detector,small,flexible and easy to test,can greatly improve the convenience of test field testing,reduce the risk owing to the failure to ignition,improve the success rate of test.
