摘　　要：目的:通过对医院病区使用抗菌药物病例点评结果的汇总分析,了解医院病区抗菌药物的使用情况,以此促进临床合理用药。方法:汇总医院2014年度12个月的病区抗菌药物点评结果共2423份,分析抗菌药物使用的合理性,对不合理用药问题进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:通过全年的专项整治,医院病区抗菌药物点评的合格率从1月份的28.93%上升到12月份的79.70%,抗菌药物使用率由66.37%下降到55.60%,抗菌药物使用强度由1月份的48.56下降到12月份的32.82。结论:医院2014年度病区抗菌药物使用的合格率有较大提高,临床药师在住院患者合理用药方面发挥着重要的作用。Objective： To understand the use of antibiotics in hospital wards, so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics in the hospital. Methods： The rationality of antibiotics was summarized, and the problem of irrational use of antibiotics was analyzed by summarizing the comments of 2423 antibacterial drugs in 2014. Results： WIth the special rectification in the whole year, the qualification rate of antibacterial drug in hospital wards was increased from 28.93% in January to 79.70% in December, the usage rate of antibacterial drug was decreased from 66.37% to 55.60%, and the DDD decreased from 48.56 in January to 32.82 in December. Conclusion： The qualifictaion rate of antibacterial drugs in hospital in 2014 was improved, and the clinical pharmacists played an important role in the rational use of drugs in hospital.
