摘 要:目的:了解基层门诊患者对基本药物的认知情况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,对安徽省9家县级医院的门诊患者以随机拦截的方式进行问卷调查。结果:共有1214位患者完成问卷调查。其中:384例(31.6%)患者听说过基本药物,知晓基本药物质量、疗效、报销比例、制度实施时间、不一定为廉价药等知识的分别占27.9%、24.9%、23.1%、20.9%和14.5%。文化程度,本人、家庭成员或朋友是否从事医疗行业,是否有了解基本药物的意愿等,是影响基本药物认知的主要因素。结论:县级门诊患者对基本药物认知度不高且不够深入,应进一步加强基本药物宣传,提高患者对基本药物的认知度。Objective: To understand the outpatients' cognition of essential drugs, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: Using the method of stratified random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted among randomly intercepted outpatients from nine county-level hospitals in Anhui. Results: Among a total of 1214 patients who completed the questionnaires, 384(31.6%) patients had heard of essential drugs, including knowledge of essential drugs quality, efficacy, reimbursement ratio, the system implementation time, and judgment of cheap drugs, respectively accounting for 27.9%, 24.9%, 23.1%, 20.9%, and 14.5%. The main influencing factors on cognition of essential drugs included educational background, the willingness of cognition, as well as whether they themselves, their family members or their friends were engaged in the medical industry. Conclusion: The outpatients at the county level had insufficient awareness of essential drugs. Therefore the publicity of essential drugs should be enhanced so as to promote the outpatients' awareness of essential drugs.
