摘　　要：氰化物浓度是氰化浸金工艺的重要参数,国内尚无成熟的在线分析仪表。基于氰化物浓度在线分析技术研究,对矿浆滤液电位滴定、在线过滤取样等氰化物浓度在线分析技术难点进行了攻关,成功研制出BOTA型氰化物浓度在线分析仪产品,并进行工业应用。该仪器实现氰化物浓度的在线检测,具有良好的市场推广前景。There is no proved online analyzer for cyanide concentration detection,which is an important parameter in cyanide gold leaching process,within the country. Based on online cyanide concentration analysis technique,the study focuses on overcoming the technical problems like potentiometric titration of ore pulp filter and online filter sampling. An online BOTA cyanide concentration analyzer is successfully developed and is put into industrial application.The device has wide market promotion scope in online detection of cyanide concentration.
