摘 要:针对某选矿厂高硫高砷难处理金矿石经两段焙烧—氰化浸金后产生的尾渣,根据其性质分析,采用硫酸浸铁—硫脲浸金工艺进行提金试验研究。其结果表明:在最优浸铁条件下,即浓硫酸用量45 m L、温度80℃、时间4 h、液固比4∶1,产出的浸铁渣再进行硫脲浸金,铁和金的浸出率分别达到60.37%和63.44%;这表明采用该工艺可有效地从该氰化尾渣中浸出回收金。According to the property of the cyanide tailings produced from a two-stage roasting- cyanidation gold leaching process to treat high sulfur and arsenic content refractory gold ores from one ore-dressing plant,an experimental research is carried out using sulfuric acid to leach iron and thiourea to leach gold for gold extraction. The results show that under the optimum conditions of iron leaching: sulfuric acid dosage of 45 m L,leaching temperature of80 ℃,leaching time of 4 h and liquid-solid ratio of 4∶ 1. Cyanide residue obtained under those conditions was leached with thiourea,the leaching rate of iron and gold is 60. 37 % and 63. 44 % respectively when the iron tailings produced are leached with thiourea. The experiment indicates that the process is effective for gold recovery from cyanide tailings.
