摘 要:目的优选王不留行中王不留行黄酮苷的超声提取工艺。方法以王不留行中提取出王不留行黄酮苷千分含量为评价指标,以王不留行黄酮苷为对照品,以高效液相色谱法测定超声法提取王不留行中王不留行黄酮苷的含量。采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,对影响超声法提取王不留行中王不留行黄酮苷效果的四个因素(提取温度、提取频率、提取时间、提取次数)进行优选。结果王不留行药材粗粉在提取温度60℃、超声频率35 KHz、提取时间32 min、提取1次即可达到最佳提取效果。结论本实验为优化王不留行中王不留行黄酮苷的超声提取工艺提供了参考依据。Objective The optimization of the ultr asonic extraction technology offlavonoid glycosides in Vaccaria seeds. Methods The micrometer content of flavonoid glycosides extracted in Vaccaria seeds as the evaluation indexes,Using flavonoid glycosides as control sample,With high performance liquid chromatography determination of ultrasonic extraction of flavonoid glycosides from accaria seeds. Using L_9( 3~4) orthogonal test,the four factors( the extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction frequency and extraction times) will be selected which influences the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoid glycosides from Vaccaria seeds. Results The extraction effects of Cowherb seed meal herbs best in the extraction temperature of60℃,ultrasonic frequency of 35 KHz,extraction time 32 mine,Frequency of 1 times. Conclusion The experiment for the optimization of ultrasonic extraction of Cowherb seed flavonoid glycosides from Cowherb seed medicinal materialsprovides reference.
