摘　　要：目前心血管疾病患者数量大幅上升,为了达到高质量的治疗效果,医学界正致力于各类新药和新治疗方法的研究。本文搜集了国外近几年相关文献,主要从新型肾素抑制剂、血管紧张素受体-脑啡肽酶双重阻滞剂等方面予以阐述,为心血管病的药物治疗提供参考。At present,the number of patients with cardiovascular disease increased substantially,in order to achieve high-quality therapeutic effect,the medical profession is working on all kinds of new drugs and treatments. The paper collected relevant literature recent years,mainly from the novel renin inhibitor,a combination of the angiotensin receptor blocker valsartan and the neprilysin inhibitor sacubitril,etc. To provide a reference for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
