摘  要:以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为掺杂酸,本征态聚苯胺(PANI-EB)为原料,采用掺杂法制备出PANI-DBSA;再以聚丙烯腈(PAN)母粒为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,PANI-DBSA为导电填料,利用静电纺丝法,制备出PAN-DANI有机抗静电纤维。以溶液质量分数、外加电压、接收距离和PANIDBSA浓度为影响因素,采用正交分析法研究这些因素对PAN-PANI有机抗静电纤维直径的影响。结果表明:影响PAN-PANI有机抗静电纤维直径的主次关系为溶液质量分数>PANI-DBSA浓度>外加电压>接收距离。PAN-PANI有机抗静电纤维的最佳制备工艺为:溶液质量分数12%,外加电压16 k V,接收距离12 cm,PANI-DBSA浓度1.0 mol/L。Using PANI-EB as material and DBSA as doping acid, PANI-DBSA was prepared. Then using polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as material, DMAc as solvent, PANI-DBSA as conductive filler, anti-static PAN- PANI fiber was prepared through electrostatic spinning method. The effect of the concentration of solution, voltage, distance and the concentration of PANI-DBSA on the diameter of PAN-PANI fiber were analyzed using orthogonal analysis method. The order of influence on the diameter of PAN-PANI fiber was: the concentration of the solution〉the concentration of PANI-DBSA〉vohage〉distance. The optimal process was: the concentration of solution 12%, voltage 16 kV, distance 12 cm and the concentration of PANI-DBSA 1.0 mol/L.
