摘 要:选择35-40 kg的长大二元生长猪120头,随机分成4个组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组为试验组,分别用蚯蚓粉替代基础日粮中1%、3%和5%的粗蛋白,研究蚯蚓粉替代日粮中部分豆粕对生长猪生产性能和免疫指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组(Ⅰ组)相比,Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组日增重分别提高了1.12%(P〉0.05)和14.61%(P〈0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组料重比分别为2.47、2.46、2.47和2.17,与对照组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组差异不显著(P〉0.05),IV组提高了12.15%(P〈0.05);Ⅳ组的经济效益与对照组相比提高了17.91%;血液总蛋白含量差异不显著;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组白蛋白含量分别提高了7.71%、10.88%和12.19%;谷草转氨酶活性均有所降低;第Ⅰ组和第Ⅱ组超氧化物歧化酶活性有所下降,而第Ⅲ组和第Ⅳ组则有所提高,分别增加了8.08%和10.61%。由以上结果可以看出,蚯蚓粉可明显提高生长猪的生产性能,增加经济效益,提高白蛋白的含量和总超氧化物歧化酶的活性。120 Landrace×Large white growth pigs at 35-40 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,Group Ⅰ as the control group, fed with corn-soybean meal for based diet; Group Ⅱ, Group Ⅲ andGroup Ⅳ as the experimental group. Their diets substituted earthworm powder for 1%, 3% and 5%crude protein. This study was designed to investigate production performance and immune indexes ofgrowth pig. The results showed that: compared with the control group(Group Ⅰ), daily gain of GroupⅢ and Group Ⅳ increased by 1.12%(P〈0.05) and 14.61%(P〈0.05). Feed to gain ratio(F/G) ofGroup Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ was not significant difference(P〉0.05), while F/G of Group Ⅳ increased sig-nificantly(P〈0.05). The economic benefit of Group Ⅳ improves obviously, increasing 17.91%(P〈0.05). Content of serum total protein(TP)was not significant difference(P〉0.05). Albumin(ALB)con-tent of Group Ⅱ, Group Ⅲ and Group IV enhanced 7.71%、10.88% and 12.19%, respectively. Whileglutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT) activity of all groups decreased. Activity of superoxide dis-mutase(SOD) of Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ declined. But that of Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ improved, in-creased 8.08% and 10.61%, respectively. These results suggest that earthworm powder could obviouslyimproved production performance and the eco-nomic benefit, increased content of serum totalprotein(TP) and activity of superoxide dis-mutase(SOD).
