摘  要:试验旨在研究复合菌剂发酵玉米秸秆粉的营养变化,考察不同添加比例的发酵秸秆饲料对肉鹅生长性能的影响与肠道微生物的分布情况。选取健康,体重相近的50日龄北京白鹅300只,分为3组,对照组饲喂常规饲粮,试验组Ⅰ饲喂75%常规日粮+25%发酵玉米秸秆粉,试验组Ⅱ饲喂70%常规日粮+30%发玉米酵秸秆粉,预饲期7 d,正式试验期21 d,测定并计算各组供试肉鹅的日增重、料重比、增重成本和肠道菌群分布。试验结果表明:玉米秸秆粉经复合菌剂发酵,其粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维分别下降20.02%(P<0.01)、14.76%(P<0.01)与17.71%(P<0.01);粗蛋白、有机酸与总能分别增加2.1倍、41.04 mg/g和15.69%(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ平均日增重提高21.1%(P<0.01),料重比下降6.95%(P<0.01),增重成本降低26.67%;试验组Ⅱ平均日增重提高7.23%(P<0.01),料重比下降3.31%(P<0.01),增重成本降低28.38%。肠道益生菌明显增加,大肠杆菌得到有效抑制。玉米秸秆粉经复合菌剂发酵后其饲用营养价值大大提高,为其成为一种优良的高蛋白饲料提供了试验基础。试验以25%发酵玉米秸秆粉替代肉鹅常规日粮的效果最好,可显著促进肉鹅生长、降低养殖成本。This paper aims to study the nutrientlevel of fermented corn straw powder and to ex-amine its effects on the growth performance ofgeese, to detect the distribution of intestinal mi-croflora. Choose 50 d old Bei Jing white geese astested animals, and randomly divide them into 3groups. Control group was fed concentrate diet, while experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱdiets were 75%, 70%concentrate diet and 25%, 30% fermented corn straw powder in the basal diets. The prefeeding periodis 7 dates and formal feeding period 21 dates. Examine the effect of fermentation roughage on growth-promoting on geese. Result showed that nutrient content of fermented corn straw powder was increasedevidently. Its CF, NDF, ADF were decreased 20.02%(P〈0.01), 14.76%(P〈0.01) and 17.71%(P〈0.01)respectively. Its CP, VFA and TE were increased 2.1 times, 41.04 mg/g and 15.69%(P〈0.05). Whenfermented corn straw powder in the proportion of the diet was 25%,compared to the control group,ADG was increased to 21.1%(P〈0.01), F/G was decreased to 6.95%(P〈0.01),gain cost was de-creased to 26.67%; while when the proportion reached 30%, ADG increased 7.23%(P〈0.01), F/G de-creased 3.31%(P〈0.01),gain cost decreased 28.38%; Probiotics increased significantly, and E. coli issuppressed effectively. In summary, fermented corn straw powder as a new roughage, its value was im-proved greatly. And using 25% fermented corn straw powder in basal diets can improve fatteninggeese of the feed conversion ratio, improve farming efficiency.
