摘　　要：以生产高收缩涤纶(77 dtex/24 f)和细旦锦纶6(44 dtex/48 f)混纤丝为例,介绍了生产涤锦混纤纤维的设备以及生产工艺流程和工艺参数。该设备的主要功能是利用两种纤维原料的种类、颜色、截面、纤度、功能等的不同,生产出兼顾两种纤维特性的混纤纤维。Taking the mixed fiber contains high shrinkage polyester fiber（77 dtex/24 f） and fine denierpolyamide 6 fiber（44 dtex/48 f） as an example, the equipment which produces polyester-polyamide mixedfiber and the production process and parameters are introduced. Using the different type, color, crosssection, size, function of two fibers, the mixed fiber which has the characteristics of two fibers can beproduced by this equipment.
