摘  要:目的比较观察两种快速手消毒剂的杀菌效果,为科学选择手消毒剂提供参考。方法采用载体定量和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对两种品牌快速手消毒剂杀菌效果进行实验室观察。结果两种快速手消毒剂分别为以乙醇为杀菌成分的手凝胶消毒剂和以复合双链季铵盐为杀菌成份的手消毒液。载体定量杀菌试验表明,以手凝胶消毒剂原液,对布片载体上的大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,金黄色葡萄球菌作用1.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。悬液定量杀菌实验证明,该复方季铵盐手消毒液原液对悬液内的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌分别作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。结论两种成份与剂型不同的快速手消毒剂均具有较好的杀菌效果,以液体制剂杀菌效果更快速,但使用方法各有其特点。Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of hand disinfectant. so as to provide the reference for the scientific choice of hand disinfectant. Methods The carrier quantitative and suspension quantitative germicidal tests were used to observe the germicidal efficacy of two kinds of brand hand disinfectant. Results Two kinds of quick hand disinfectants were the hand gel disinfectant with ethanol as the sterilization component and hand disinfection solution with compound double chain quaternary ammonium salt as sterilization component. The carrier quantitative germicidal test showed the average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on carriers exposed to hand disinfectant gel for 〉0. 5 min were 〉5. 00. That of Staphylococcus aureus exposed for 1. 5 min was also 〉5. 00. For the suspension quantitative germicidal test,the average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to quaternary ammonium salt of the compound hand disinfection solution for 0. 5min were 〉5. 00. Conclusion Two different ingredients of different agents of rapid hand disinfectant have good bactericidal effect. With liquid preparation sterilization effect is more rapid. But the use of the method has its own characteristics.
