摘  要:目的建立醛类消毒剂在内镜器械表面残留量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对醛类消毒剂消毒内镜后在器械表面残留量进行测定。结果测定邻苯二甲醛残留量的线性范围为50.36-251.80μg/ml,r=0.9991;平均回收率为99.05%,标准差1.93%,内镜消毒后残留量≤0.50μg/ml。测定戊二醛残留量的线性范围为5.00-25.00 mg/ml,r=0.9925;平均回收率为99.04%,标准差为1.97%,内镜消毒后残留量≤100.00μg/ml。结论用高效液相色谱法测定醛类消毒剂残留量,准确、灵敏,专属性强。Objective To establish the method for determination of residual aldehyde on endoscope surface. Methods The high performance liquid chromatography method was used to test the residual aldehyde disinfectants on endoscope surface. Results The linear range of the residual amount of 1,2- Benzenedicarboxaldehyde was determined in 50. 36 ~251. 80 μg / ml,r = 0. 9991. The average recovery rate was 99. 05% and the standard deviation was 1. 93%. The residual amount of 1,2- Benzenedicarboxaldehyde after disinfection was ≤ 0. 50 μg / ml. The linear range of the residual amount of glutaraldehyde was determined in 5. 00 ~ 25. 00 μg / ml,r = 0. 9925. The average recovery rate was 99. 04% and the standard deviation was 1. 97%. The residual amount of glutaraldehyde after disinfection was ≤100 μg / ml. Conclusion After the sterilization of medical apparatus and instruments,aldehyde disinfectant residues can be determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The method is accurate,sensitive,and has strong specificity.
