摘 要:目的了解医院洁净手术室洁净性能及其环境现状,为加强手术室洁净质量管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样检测方法,对西安市15家医院51间洁净手术室进行了综合性能检测与分析。结果本次监测的51间洁净手术室空气中≥0.5μm/粒径和≥5μm/粒径的尘埃粒子合格率分别为78.4%和82.4%;空气中浮游菌的合格率为92.2%。温度、相对湿度、光照度、静压差、噪声和换气次数等项目中,以噪声和换气次数合格率偏低,仅分别为62.7%和54.9%。结论西安市医院洁净手术室静态条件下的综合性能不容乐观,整体合格率偏低,应加强维护和管理。Objective To understand the cleaning status of operating room in municipal hospitals of Xi'an and to provide basis for enhancing the cleaning quality of operating rooms. Methods The monitoring on site was used to monitor and analyze the cleaning degree of 51 operating rooms in 15 hospital of Xi'an. Results The qualified rates of particle number of dust particle count that ≥0. 5μm and ≥5μm were 78. 4% and 82. 4% respectively,and that of plankton bacteria was92. 2%; the eligible rates of noise and ventilation frequency were comparatilely lower with 62. 7% and 54. 9% among all the eligible rates of temperature,relatively humidity,illumination,static pressure difference,noise and ventilation frequency. Conclusion The integrated performance of monitoring under static state in hospitals is relatively poor. It should be strengthened in the routine maintenance and standardized management.
