摘　　要：目的了解医疗卫生机构生物安全实验室管理现状,改进生物安全实验室安全管理工作。方法采用问卷调查与现场查看方式,对武汉市医疗机构和部分疾病预防控制中心生物安全实验室管理情况进行了调查。结果所调查的基层医疗机构中,拥有生物安全实验室的单位占15.19%,13所区级疾病预防控制中心全部拥有生物二级安全实验室。超过93%以上的拥有生物安全实验室的单位均成立了生物安全管理组织和制定了相关管理规章制度。该城市生物安全实验室必备的装置和生物安全设施均不同程度存在缺失。结论武汉市基层医疗卫生机构生物安全实验室整体情况较好,但存在一些薄弱环节,需要加强监管力度。Objective To study the management status of bio- safety laboratory（ BSL） in medical and health care institutions,so as to improve the management of bio- safety laboratory. Methods The management of BSL in medical institutions and part of district center for disease control and prevention（ CDC） in Wuhan city were surveyed by the questionnaire and field survey. Results 15. 19% of the surveyed medical institutions had BSL. All 13 district CDCs of Wuhan city had BSL. More than 93% of institutions which had BSL established the biological safety management organization and made the related management rules and regulations. Some necessary biological safety laboratory devices and facilities were lack in some degree. Conclusion The biological safety of laboratories in Wuhan is good. But there are still some weakness to be improved and strengthened.
