超高龄前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超高龄患者前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术的临床价值。方法回顾性分析广州市中医医院外科130例超高龄前列腺增生患者的临床资料。结果所有患者耐受手术。手术时间平均80min,切除前列腺组织重平均约70g,失血量平均160m L,术后住院时间平均8d,无电切综合征发生。随访6-36个月,IPSS评分平均降至8.7分,QOL评分平均降至1.8分,最大尿流率平均增至10-20m L/s,残余尿量平均降至0-50m L。结论超高龄前列腺增生患者,做好围手术期处理,经尿道前列腺电切术是安全、有效的手术方式。是有极大临床价值的。Objective To investigate clinical significance of super senility patients with benign prostate hyperplasia by transurethral prostatic hyperplasia. Methods a retrospective analysis about the clinical data of 130 cases senile patients with benign prostate hyperplasia from Guangzhou Hospital of TCM. Results all of the operation was successfully completed. The operation time,on average,80 min,resection of the prostate tissue weighs about 70 g,the average blood loss 160 m L,postoperative hospital stay,on average,8 d,without TUR syndrome. All patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months,IPSS score averaged 8. 7 points and quality of life score 1. 8 points on average,maximum urinary flow rate increased to an average of 10 to 20 m L / s,residual urine volume average dropped to 0 to 50 m L. Conclusion The super senility patients with hyperplasia of prostate,BPH is safe and effective surgical method by completes the perioperative management.
