辩证论治人流术后阴道流血淋漓不净60例

摘　　要：目的观察中医辩证论治人流术后阴道流血淋漓不净的临床疗效。方法根据中医辨证论治将2014年在我院进行人流术后流血淋漓不净且愿意接受本实验方案的患者经中医辨证,分配至冲任虚损型、瘀留冲任型、热伏冲任型3组治疗组及对照组;治疗组3组,共60例,均口服中药汤剂,平均每日1剂,日3次口服,连服5天为1个疗程。对照组共20例,予以缩宫素20u ivgtt QD,共3天。结果计算四组平均秩次可知P1=0.03,P1<0.05,组间有差异性,具有统计学意义。将A、B、C三组分别与D组进行统计学分析,PAD、PBD、PCD均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论辨证论治组疗效明显优于缩宫素治疗组。辨证论治人流术后流血淋漓不净临床疗效显著。Objective Observing the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment on vaginal bleeding brokenly. Methods Patients in 2014 who were bleeding brokenly on vaginal after artificial abortion and volunteered to accept the experiment were classified into types of Chongren weekness,types of Chongren blood stasises,types of hot incubated Chongren（ 60 patients in all） and contrast group（ 20 patients）. The remedy groups（ the foregoing three types） all took traditional Chinese medicine soup orally by 3 times every dose and 1 dose every day in a course of 5days. The contrast group took 20 u oxytocin ivgtt QD,a total of three days. Results By calculating the mean ranks of the four groups,we got P1 = 0. 03,P1 0. 05. So there was statistical significance of the result because of diversity between groups. Then statistical analysis was each made bewteen group A,group B,group C and group D. The result still had statistical significance,for PAD,PBD,PCD all smaller than 0. 05. Conclusion The curative effect of dialectical treatment groups were obviously better than oxytocin treatment group. The clinical curative effect of dialectical treatment on vaginal bleeding brokenly was very remarkable.
