短梗五加果中的三萜类化合物分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的:分离和鉴定短梗五加果提取物中的三萜类化合物。方法:采用开口柱色谱和高效液相色谱进行系统的化学分离,使用~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、HSQC和HMBC等波谱学手段,结合ESI-MS质谱确定其分子结构。结果:从短梗五加果提取物中分离得到8个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为22-α-hydroxychiisanogenin(1),chiisanogenin(2),3-oxo-24-methylenecycloartan(3),mangiferonic acid(4),isomangiferolic acid(5),齐墩果酸(6),白桦脂醇(7),白桦脂酸(8)。结论:化合物3、4、5为首次从五加属中分离得到。Objective： To isolate and identify the structures of triterpenoids from the extract of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruits.Methods： The chemical constituents were systematically isolated by column chromatography and liquid chromatography,and their structures were determined by spectral data including1H-NMR,（13）C-NMR,HSQC and HMBC combined with ESI-MS. Results： Totally 8 triterpenoids compounds were isolated and identified from Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruits,22-α-hydroxychiisanogenin（1）,chiisanogenin（2）,3-oxo-24-methylenecycloartan（3）,mangiferonic acid（4）,isomangiferolic acid（5）,oleanolic acid（6）,betulin（7） and betulinic acid（8）. Conclusion： Compound 3,4 and 5 are obtained from Acanthopanax genus for the first time.
