Kinetic Study of the Condensation of Bromamine Acid with N-Acetyl-1,3-Phenylenediamine in Water

摘  要:以一价铜催化的水相中溴氨酸与间氨基乙酰苯胺的Ullmann C-N偶联为模板反应,采用隔离法与积分法对反应底物的反应级数进行测定,发现总反应级数为三级,间氨基乙酰苯胺反应级数为二级,溴氨酸反应级数为一级;反应体系中加入过量间氨基乙酰苯胺对抑制溴氨酸水解有利。同时,测量了75、80、85和90℃条件下的c-1-t曲线,由斜率计算得到反应速率系数分别为706.2 L2mol-2h-1、1520 L2mol-2h-1、3049 L2mol-2h-1和6715 L2mol-2h-1,符合Van't Hoff规则,温度越高,反应速度越快。Kinetic parameters of N-arylation reaction of bromamine acid were investigated by using the condensation of bromamine acid with N-acetyl-1, 3-phenylenediamine catalyzed with Cu+ in water. Isolation and integral methods were used to give the reaction order of reactants in the reaction. It was found that N-aeetyl-1, 3-phenylenediamine was second-order and bromamine acid was first-order, reflec- ting that the high mole ratio of N-acetyl-1, 3-phenylenediamine to bromamine acid is benefit for this reaction, c^-1 -t curves at 75℃ , 80℃ , 85℃ and 90℃ showed the reaction rate coefficients of 706. 2 L^2mol^-2h^-1 , 1520L^2mol^-2h^-1, 3049 L^2mol^-2h^-1 , and 6715 L^2mol^-2h^-1 which was in accord with the Van't Hoff rule, implying that the reaction rate will increase with the increasing temperature.
