摘　　要：针对噻吩-2,5-二羧酸的己二酸氯化亚砜工艺进行优化,通过引入溶剂邻二氯苯、酰氯酯化精制、水解脱硫等方法,得到噻吩-2,5-二羧酸高纯产品。该产品制取的荧光增白剂OB、荧光增白剂EBF的色光非常纯正。Provided herein was an optimization for the synthesis of thiophene 2, 5-dicarboxylic acid by adipic acid and thionyl chloride method. High purity thiophene-2, 5-dicarboxylic acid was obtained by introducing o-dichlorobenzene as solvent, followed by chloride esterification refining and hydrolysis desulfurization. The shade of fluorescent Brightener OB or EBF preparated from the thiophene-2, 5 -diearboxylie acid was pure.
