摘　　要：实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time PCR or qRT-PCR)是一种在PCR反应体系中加入荧光物质,利用荧光信号对整个PCR进程进行实时监测,从而达到对未知起始模板进行定量分析的方法。该技术具有操作简单、方便快捷、灵敏度高、特异性强、动力学范围宽、污染率低等优点,被广泛应用于核酸定量等分析中。本文对实时荧光定量的基本原理、定量类型及其在中药领域中的应用作一综述。Real-time PCR is a quantitative analysis method of initial template,which real-time monitors the whole PCR reaction by adding fluorescent substance into PCR reaction system to detect the fluorescence signal. Due to its advantages of simple operation,convenient and efficient,tremendous sensitivity,highly sequence-specific,a large dynamic range and low pollution,Real-time PCR has become one of the most widely used methods of nucleic acid quantitation and so on. This review discusses the theory,types of quantitation and its application in detailed TCM study.
