摘 要:目的:探讨自主研发的可视化激光导航系统的有效性和实用性。方法:软组织内金属异物患者共32例,其中下肢20例,上肢7例,臀部2例,背部3例,所有患者均在可视化激光导航系统引导下进行异物手术取出。选取手术过程时间,透视次数,出血量,切口的大小,异物大小及深度作为观察指标。通过电话随访,收集手术并发症。结果:32名患者手术过程耗时为3至12分钟,平均为6.53±2.31分钟,一次手术透视次数为1至5次,平均为2.42±0.58次,出血量为1ml至18ml,平均为5.34±2.35ml,手术切口的大小为8mm至18mm,平均为13.01±3.36mm。术后随访1月,均未发生手术并发症。结论:该结合了激光定位和导航技术的可视化激光导航系统可提高手术精确度,减少辐射,减轻软组织损伤,是精准有效的手术导航系统。Objective : To investigate the effectiveness and practicality of the self-developed visualized laser navigation system. Methods : A total of 32patients with soft tissue metallic foreign bodies were enrolled in the study, including lower limb 20 cases, Upper limb 7cases, buttock 2 cases, back 3 cases. All the metallic foreign bodes are removed by the visualized laser navigation system. Select the surgical procedure time, fluoroscopy times, and the amount of bleed- ing, the size of surgical incision, foreign body size and depth as indicators. Collect operative complications by postop- erative follow-up. Results:All the foreign bodies were removed successfully. The surgical procedure time ranged from 3 to 12 min with the average of 6.53±2. 31min, the fluoroscopy times ranged from 1 to 5 times with the average of 2.42±0. 58times, the amount of bleeding ranged from 1 to 18 ml with the average of 5.34±2.35ml, the size of surgical incision ranged from 8 to 18 mm with the average of 13. 01±3.36mmo No operative complications arose by postopera- tive follow-up of 1 month. Conclusion :The visualized laser navigation system which combines the laser positioning and navigation techniques can Improve surgical accuracy, reduce radiation and alleviate soft tissue injury. It' s an accurate and effective surgical navigation system.
