摘　　要：目的探讨HLA-C基因5'端-35kb C/T多态性(Rs9264942)在四川汉族HIV感染中的影响。方法采用序列特异性引物扩增(PCR-SSP)方法对四川汉族259例HIV感染进展组,46例HIV感染长期不进展组,和270例四川汉族对照组人群HLA-C基因5'UTR区域-35kb C/T的多态性进行分型。结果 -35kb C/T多态性在HIV感染进展组,HIV感染不进展组及正常对照组人群中各等位基因分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,在HIV感染进展组中:CC频率为15.1%、CT频率41.3%、TT频率43.6%;HIV感染不进展组中:CC频率为21.7%、CT频率39.1%、TT频率39.1%;在正常对照组中:CC频率为18.9%、CT频率43.0%、TT频率38.1%。经统计学检验,-35kb C/T多态性中各等位基因频率在3组人群中没有统计学差异。结论 HLA-C基因-35kb C/T多态性与四川汉族HIV感染者的感染进程没有相关性。Objective To investigate the role of HLA-C-35 kb C / T polymorphism among HIV infected progressors,HIV infected long-term non-progressors and healthy controls in Southwest Chinese Han population. Methods 259 HIV infected progressors,46 HIV infected long-term non-progressors and 270 healthy controls in Chinese Southwest Han population were enrolled in this study. Sequence specific primer（ PCR-SSP） was used to genotype the-35 kb C / T polymorphism in these three groups. Results The distribution of-35 kb C / T polymorphisms in different groups were as expected from the HardyWeinberg equilibrium. In HIV infected progressors, the frequencies of CC,CT,TT were 15. 1%,41. 3%,43. 6% respectively; in HIV infected long-term non-progressors,the frequencies of CC,CT,TT were 21. 7%,39. 1%,39. 1% respectively; In healthy controls,the frequencies of CC,CT,TT were18. 9%,43. 0%,40. 4% respectively. These genotypes showed no statistically significant difference among HIV-infected progressors and HIV infected long-term non-progressors or healthy controls. Conclusion The-35 kb C / T polymorphism has no inheritance effect on HIV infection.
