机采血小板细菌污染原因分析及预防措施——附1例报告

摘　　要：目的分析1例机采血小板细菌污染原因及其预防措施。方法对2011年9月-2014年9月共计采集的5 781袋机采血小板,进行外观检查及细菌培养抽检。结果检出1袋为枯草芽孢杆菌污染。结论应加强献血者的筛选、采集环境的消毒、采集者的规范操作,以及血小板制品的细菌检测,最大限度降低血小板制品的细菌污染率。Objective To analyze the reasons and preventive measures for bacterial contamination in one bag of apheresis platelets. Methods Exterior inquiry and bacterial culture sampling were conducted for 5 781 bags of apheresis platelets collected from September 2011 to September 2014. Results One bag was found to be contaminated by Bacillus subtilis.Conclusion The screening of blood donors should be strengthened. The environment for blood collection should be disinfected. The operation of blood collection should be standardized. The platelet products should be screened for presence of pathogens. These methods mentioned above are employed to maximally reduce the bacterial contamination rates of platelets.
