采血椅扶手止血扣带的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采血椅扶手上安装止血扣带的应用效果。方法采用自身对照法,将286名单采血小板者第1次采血后采用常规按压针眼止血,第2次采血后采用采血椅扶手上的止血扣带压迫止血,观察比较2次按压止血情况、献血者对按压止血方法的依从率、皮下淤血或血肿发生率。结果采用2种按压方法分别按压5、10、15 min的针眼止血率,常规按压组为0(0/286)、44.76%(128/286)、55.24%(158/286),止血扣带按压组为26.57%(76/286)、64.69%(185/286)、8.74%(25/286);献血者对按压止血方法的依从率,常规按压组为0(0/286)、止血扣带按压组为100%(286/286);皮下淤血或血肿发生率,常规按压组为3.15%(9/286)、止血扣带按压组为0(0/286),2组不同时间段按压止血率、献血者对按压止血方法的依从率及皮下淤血或血肿发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采血椅扶手上止血扣带的设计结构简单、安装和使用简便,替代人工压迫针眼,能提高止血效果,受到了献血者的欢迎,值得采供血机构推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of styptic buckle on Blood Sampling Chair armrest. Methods In accordance with the self-contrast method,286 plateletpheresis donors were pressed on their needle sites using conventional method（ control group） and styptic buckle on blood sampling chair armrest（ experimental group） after blood donation,respectively. The hemostasia effect,compliance rate of blood donors and the incidence rate of subcutaneous congestion or ecchymomas were observed and compared in the two groups. Results After blood donation,the blood donor＇ s needle sites were pressed for 5,10 and 15 mins using the two methods respectively. The hemostatic rate in control group were 0（ 0 /286）,44. 76%（ 128 /286）,and 55. 24%（ 158 /286）. However,the results in experimental group were 26. 57%（ 76 /286）,64. 69%（ 185 /286）,and 8. 74%（ 25 /286）. The compliance rate among 286 blood donors was 0（ 0 /286） for conventional method,and 100%（ 286 /286） for styptic buckle method. The incidence rate of subcutaneous congestion or ecchymoma in control group was 3. 15%（ 9 /286）,while that of experimental group was 0（ 0 /286）. The differences showed statistical significance（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion With simple structure and operation,the styptic buckle on blood sampling chair armrest effectively improves the hemostatic effect. It can replace conventional method and can be popular with blood donors. It is worthy of future promotion and application in blood transfusion services.
