摘  要:为研究外源性褪黑激素对和田公羊精液品质的影响,在非繁殖季节(6月)将20只和田公羊分为4组,每组5只,其中1组为对照组,3个试验组分别按照每只羊10、20、30 mg 3个剂量皮下埋植褪黑激素;在繁殖季节(10月)将20只和田公羊随机分为对照组和试验组,每组10只,试验组每只羊在皮下埋植褪黑激素20 mg。结果表明:在非繁殖季节,试验组的精子活力、密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中埋植20 mg褪黑激素试验组的精子活力与其他试验组之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05);而在繁殖季节,试验组与对照组公羊精液在射精量、精子密度、活力和畸形率的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明在皮下埋植褪黑激素能够显著提高非繁殖季节和田公羊精液品质,但在繁殖季节则无明显影响。In order to investigate the effects of exogenous melatonin on semen quality of Hetian ram, 20 Hetian rams were divided evenly into four groups in non- breeding season(June), one group was as control group, and 10 mg,20 mg, 30 mg melatonin capsules were implanted respectively to subcutaneous of three experimental groups. In the breeding season(October), 20 Hetian rams were divided evenly into control group and experimental group, and 20 mg melatonin capsules used in experimental group. The results showed that in the non-breeding season(June), both the sperm motility and the density of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the sperm motility for experimental group in which 20 mg melatonin was used for each individual were significantly greater than those with 10 mg and 30 mg used in experimental group( P〈0.05). In the breeding season(October), no significant difference was found for the volume of ejaculation, sperm density, sperm motility and sperm malformation rate between experimental group and control group( P〉0.05). Our results showed that the subcutaneous implant melatonin can improved dramatically the semen quality of Hetian rams during the non-breeding season, but not in the breeding season.
