摘  要:本试验旨在研究灌服不同水平的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对羔羊增重以及血浆中γ-氨基丁酸、尿素氮、免疫球蛋白含量和激素水平的影响,为γ-氨基丁酸在羔羊生产中的应用提供理论指导。选取64只1月龄,体重(12.35±1.25)kg的羔羊,随机分为4组,每组16只,分别灌服0、10、20、40 mg/dγ-氨基丁酸。结果表明:与对照组相比,灌服40 mg/d的γ-氨基丁酸能够显著提高羔羊的日增重(P<0.05),显著提高3月龄羔羊血浆中神经肽Y的含量(P<0.05),灌服γ-氨基丁酸对羔羊血浆中γ-氨基丁酸、尿素氮、Ig A、Ig G的含量和生长激素、生长抑素、胃泌素、胆囊收缩素的水平均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,γ-氨基丁酸可能通过调节与羔羊采食关系密切的神经肽Y的分泌,提高羔羊的生产性能,其中以添加剂量为40 mg/d时效果最好。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of γ-aminobutyric ac id(GABA) on weight, the concentration of GABA, urea nitrogen, immunoglobulin and hormone level in plasma of lambs, to provide theoretical guidance for application of GABA in sheep production. Sixty four lambs aged 1 month with 12. 35 ±1. 25 kg of average body weight were allocated into four groups and fed with 0, 10, 20, 40 mg/d GABA. The results showed that compared to control group, 40 mg/d GABA significantly improved the daily gain of lambs( P0.05) and improved the content of NPY in plasma of lambs(P〈0.05). Feeding GABA also had no significant effect on the concentration of GABA, urea nitrogen, Ig A, Ig G and the level of growth hormone, somatostatin, gastrin, cholecystokinin in plasma( P〉0.05). It was concluded that GABA the effect of GABA on feed take may be by adjusting the secretion of neuropeptide Y and the doses of GABA were 40 mg/d the best effect.
