摘  要:为研究饲粮α-半乳糖苷酶对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生长性能、养分表观利用率和肠道黏膜形态结构的影响,试验选择1 d体重相近的健康AA肉鸡360羽,随机分成6个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复12羽,处理A饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮作为正对照组,处理B在基础饲粮水平上降低代谢能0.21 MJ/kg,作为负对照组,处理C、D、E、F分别在负对照基础上添加75、150、300和600 g/t的α–半乳糖苷酶制剂(酶活400 U/g)。结果表明:饲粮添加不同水平α–半乳糖苷酶对1~42 d各处理AA肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和饲料增重比(F/G)均无显著影响(P〉0.05),但150 g/tα–半乳糖苷酶组ADG最高、F/G最低;150 g/tα–半乳糖苷酶组干物质、粗蛋白质和能量的表观利用率最高,且干物质及粗蛋白质表观利用率均显著高于正、负对照组(P〈0.05);3)试验各处理试鸡空肠、回肠的肠壁厚度、绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度均无显著差异(P〉0.05),而各处理十二指肠绒毛高度以处理D最高,且处理D十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于处理E(P〈0.05)。本试验条件下,基础饲粮降低0.21 MJ/kg代谢能的基础上,添加150 g/t的α–半乳糖苷酶制剂最佳。To evaluate the effects of different levels of α-galactosidase on growth performance, nutrient apparent utilization and intestinal mucosa structure of AA broilers, 360 of healthy 1-day-old AA broilers with the nearly same weight were randomly a total of allocated to 6 groups, 5 replicates in each group and 12 broilers in each replication.The positive control group was provided with the corn-soybean basal diet, the negative control group was fed the basal diet which was reduced 0. 21 MJ / kg ME, and the test groups( C, D, E, F) were fed the negative control diet added75 g/t, 150 g/t, 300 g/t, 600 g/t α-galactosidase(enzyme activities was 400 U/g) respectively. The experiment period was 42 d. The results showed that: the ADG, ADFI and F/G during the whole experiment period( P〉0.05), but there was a trend that the addition of 150 g/t α-galactosidase(Group D) decreased F/G and increased ADG for 1-42 d AA broilers. The addition of 150 g/t α-galactosidase(Group D) got the highest apparent utilization of DM, CP and energy,And the apparent utilization of DM, CP of group D were significantly higher than those of positive and negative control group(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in intestinal wall thickness, villus height, crypt depth and V/C of ileum and jejunum(P〉0.05), but the Group D got the highest villus height of duodenum, and V/C of duodenum of Group D was significantly higher than that of Group E(P〈0.05). In general, adding 150 g/t α-galactosidase had a positive effect when fed the diet which was reduced 0.21 MJ/kg ME during 1-42 d.
