摘  要:大规模风火打捆外送提高了系统运行的经济性,也在一定程度上改变了系统的暂态稳定特性和稳定控制方法。在紧急切机情况下,仅切除常规火电机组难以保证系统的稳定运行或是控制代价过大,因此有必要在紧急切机时切除一定容量的风电场,才能以较小的代价维持系统稳定运行。针对此问题,首先针对火电机组和风电场的不同特点,分别给出了紧急切机机组选择原则,进而提出了紧急切机优先系数计算方法,然后在维持大规模风火混合送端系统暂态稳定的前提下,以总切机功率相对较小为目标,提出基于紧急切机优先系数的风火协调切机策略,最后以某省级电网为算例,验证了所提风火协调切机策略的有效性,并比较了基于火电机组、基于风电场和基于风火协调的切机策略对于维持系统暂态稳定的适应性。Bundled wind/thermal power transmission can not only improve economy but also change transient stability and control method of power system. When urgent generator tripping control is needed, it is hard to ensure stable operation of power system or generatortrippingcost is too high by only tripping conventional thermal generation units. Therefore, it is necessary to properlytake wind power into account. Firstly, selection principles of thermal generation units and wind farms to be tripped were proposed respectively based on their characteristics.Then an algorithm about priority coefficient of generator tripping was put forward. Based on priority coefficient of generator tripping, a coordinated generator tripping strategy of thermal generation unit and wind farm was proposed aiming at recovery stability and reduction of tripped generators. At last, validity of the proposedstrategy was verified based on an actual power grid, and applicabilities of generator tripping strategy based on thermal generation unit tripping, wind farm tripping and coordinated generator tripping strategy were compared.
