摘  要:目的:了解营山县健康人群麻疹、风疹、腮腺炎抗体水平,评价疫苗接种效果和人群免疫状况,为制定免疫规划策略和相应传染病防制措施提供依据。方法:按照分层随机抽样的原则,分〈1岁、1岁~、3岁~、5岁~、7岁~、15岁~、≥20岁7个年龄组,每个年龄组随机抽取30人作为监测对象,共210人,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法检测麻疹IgG、风疹IgG、腮腺炎IgG。结果:共检测210份血清标本,麻疹IgG阳性率为86.19%,风疹IgG阳性率为80.48%,腮腺炎IgG阳性率为63.81%。结论:营山县健康人群麻疹IgG抗体水平1岁以上年龄组人群均达到《预防接种规范》要求的85%免疫成功率指标,建立了有效免疫屏障。风疹IgG抗体和腮腺炎IgG抗体水平较低,不足以达到有效免疫屏障,提示我们要加强风疹、腮腺炎接种率和接种质量。Objective: To understand the antibody levels of measles,rubella and mumps in healthy population in Yingshan county and to evaluate the effect of vaccination and immunization status of population,so as to provide the basis for the development of immunization strategies and prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods: According to the stratified random sampling principle,less than 1 year old,1 to 3 years old,3 to 5 years old,5 to 7 years old,7 to 15 years old,15 to 20 years old and 20 years old above,each group had 30 as the monitoring object,a total of 210. Detect IgG of measles,rubella and mumpsby enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) method. Results: A total of 210 serum samples were detected,the positive rate of measles IgG as 86. 19%,positive rate of rubella IgG was 80. 48%,the positive rate of IgG was 63. 81% in mumps. Conclusion: The measles IgG antibody level of healthy population 1 years old above in Yingshan county achieved 85% success rate index according to the reqiurement of vaccination specification,effective immune barrier established. Mumps IgG antibody and rubella IgG antibody level is low and not enough to achieve the effective immune barrier. It is suggested that we strengthen the rubella,mumps vaccination rate and vaccination quality.
