摘 要:通过单矿物沉降实验,考查了不同絮凝剂的种类、搅拌强度对赤铁矿、石英的絮凝行为影响规律。结果表明,4种絮凝剂剂对赤铁矿絮凝效果由强至弱的顺序为:苛化玉米淀粉>羧甲基纤维素钠>十二烷基磺酸钠>聚丙烯酰胺。在一定范围内增强搅拌强度有利于微细粒颗粒的絮凝,但超过某一临界值后絮凝效果变差。Zeta电位测定表明,随着淀粉用量的增加,赤铁矿的电位逐渐增大,降低了颗粒间的静电斥力,促进淀粉在赤铁矿表面的吸附。The influences of flocculant types,stirring intensity on flocculation behaviors of fine hematite and quartz particle were studied by sedimentation experiments.The results shows that four kinds of flocculants in the same concentration,the order of fine hematite was corn starch sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium dodecylsulphate polyacrylamide.The hematite and quartz particles can be better flocculated with the increase of stirring speed in a range,but the flocculation effect becomes worse when the stirring speed exceed a critical value.The analyse of the zeta potentials show that starch can be adsorbed onto hematite minerals which increased the zeta potential of the hematite and lowed electrostatic repulsion of between the particles.
