摘 要:为测试大掺量矿渣全尾砂固结剂的早强性能和探究其早强机理,以矿渣水泥为对照,设计实施了胶砂实验和胶凝材料净浆实验,进行了单轴抗压强度测试、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析。结果表明:全尾砂固结剂比矿渣水泥具有更高的早强性能;与矿渣水泥相比,以全尾砂固结剂制备的试块内存在更多的钙矾石、硅铝酸钙和水合硅酸钙凝胶;全尾砂固结剂配制的料浆中相对较高的碱环境、硫酸根的存在提高了矿渣的火山灰活性是全尾砂固结剂具有早强性能的主要原因。This paper presents a study on the high early strength property and its mechanism of large charge slag unclassified tailings solidification agent.UCS test,XRD tests and SEM analysis were performed on cemented tailing samples.It was observed that the sample made by unclassified tailings solidification agent shows higher UCS value than that made by slag cement and there is more ettringite,C-S-H gel and CA-S-H mineral in it.It was demonstrated that the high early strength property of unclassified tailings solidification agent is mainly caused by the activation of high alkali surroundings,sulphate anions.
