摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利联合乐卡地平对高血压早期肾损害患者血压控制及肾功能的影响。方法选取94例高血压早期肾损害患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组47例,对照组给予依那普利口服,观察组联合乐卡地平口服。比较两组患者治疗前后血压状况、肾功能指标及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.67%)明显高于对照组(74.47%);收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组;肌酐、尿素氮、微量清蛋白明显低于对照组;两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论依那普利联合乐卡地平有助于控制高血压早期肾损害患者的血压,改善其肾功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of enalapril combined with lercanidipin on blood pressure control and renal function for hypertension patients with early renal damage. Methods Ninety-four hypertension patients with early renal damage were divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with enalapril,and patients in observation group were treated with enalapril combined with lercanidipin. Blood pressure condition,renal function indexes and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group（ 93. 67%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 74. 47%）; SBP,DBP were significantly lower than those of control group,the levels of SCr,BUN,MA were significantly lower than those of control group. There were no serious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Enalapril combined with lercanidipin can help control patients blood pressure improve renal function and the effect of treatment.
