摘 要:为实现焦化厂脱硫再生塔尾气中的氨和硫化氢等污染物的达标排放,分析了在生产过程中如何控制污染物的排放浓度,介绍了现行焦化厂再生尾气达标治理的措施。结果表明:控制进入再生塔脱硫液的温度及脱硫液中两盐的浓度,采用活性高的脱硫剂等,可以降低再生尾气中氨和硫化氢的浓度;采用氨作碱源氧化法脱除H2S后,再用硫酸吸收法脱除NH3,是一种较有效的措施,可实现再生尾气的达标排放。In order to make emissions of pollutants such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and so on of tail gas from desulfurization regeneration tower of the coking plant meet the standard, this paper has analyzed the way on how to control emission concentrations of pollutants in the production process, and introduced the current measures taken by the coking plant to treat regeneration tail gas. The results indicate that through controlling the temperature and salt concentrations of desulfurization solution flowing into the regeneration tower and using desulfurizer with high activity, ammonia concentration and hydrogen sulfide concentration in the regeneration tail gas can be reduced. Also, taking ammonia as the alkali, H2 S can be removed by oxidation method, and then NH3 is removed by sulfuric acid absorption method. This is an effective measure, and the emission of regeneration tail gas can meet the standard.
