摘 要:为优化焦炭粒级分布,提高粒级大于40 mm焦炭的比例,进行了配煤结构调整试验。分析了太钢炼焦用煤基础结构,通过增加瘦煤和挥发分低、黏结性好的焦煤配比,优化了配煤结构方案,并进行了40 kg试验焦炉炼焦试验和7.63 m工业焦炉试验,将试验验证后的炼焦配煤方案应用于实际生产中,并进一步调整焦煤、肥煤、瘦煤配比后,所得焦炭中粒径大于40 mm的焦炭所占比例由70.62%提高到77.19%,冶金焦率由89.71%提高到89.91%,取得了良好的经济效益。The experiments are carried out in order to optimize the size fraction distribution of coke and increase the percentage of coke with size over 40 mm based on the analysis of basic coal proportion at TISCO. The reasonable coal proportion is proposed by increasing the proportion of lean coal and low-volatile coking coal with good caking property. The40 kg experimental coke oven coking experiments and 7.63 m industrial coke oven trials are performed. The coal blending scheme for coking after verification through experiments is put into practice, and the proportion of coking coal, fat coal, and lean coal is further adjusted. Finally, the results indicate that the percentage of coke with size over 40 mm and that of metallurgical coke is increased from 70.62% to 77.19% and 89.71% to 89.91% respectively, thus achieving good economic benefits.
