摘  要:2228XA岩性密度测井仪的传动系统将井径臂和密度探测器推靠至井壁,用于测量井眼尺寸和地层的岩性密度。所用传统的螺旋传动系统存在螺纹卡死的隐患,另外在探头引臂结合部的下方,有井径总成、引臂总成,有联接推力杆和推靠臂于一体的联接架,空间狭窄而拥挤,推靠臂在开合过程中容易挤压埋设在引臂下方的导线束。根据维修CSU岩性密度及HH2530岩性密度推靠器积累的经验,在螺杆两端附加支撑,采用组合螺母能消除螺纹卡死的隐患,对壳体外部的结构、对固定支架结构、对密封帽进行改进,解决了导线束埋设空间的拥挤。对传动系统及推靠臂结构改造,使岩性密度测井仪探头的机械结构更趋合理,降低了仪器的维修频率。The drive system of the 2228 XA WTS Z-Density tool push the caliper and density detector to the wall of the well for measuring borehole diameter and formation lithology density. The traditional screw-drive system has a hidden danger of blocking thread. A caliper assembly,a draw assembly and linker connecting track bar with sidewall contact arm would cause narrow space under the track bar joint,the wiring harness laid under the track bar would be very likely extruded to be harmed. According to the maintenance experience for Z-density tool of both CSU and HH2530,the supports can be added at the two ends of the screw and the combination nut can be used to solve the blocking thread problem. The under laid space of the wiring harness can be enlarged by modifying the structure of the sidewall contact arm.The modified drive system and sidewall contact arm structure can make the mechanical structure of Z-density tool more reasonable and lower the frequency of the maintenance.
