摘　　要：土地流转信托化对土地流转制度改革具有重要意义。河北省农村土地流转信托化具有一定实践基础、政策基础和良好条件,但其也面临着土地流转信托化法律法规体系不健全、农民认知程度偏低、监管体系不完善和缺乏收益保障机制等问题。文章认为,河北省农村土地流转信托化发展应完善其法律法规体系、监管体系、利益保障机制、城乡统筹社会保障体系。Land circulation trust is of great significance on systematic reform of land circulation. The land circulation trust in Hebei province has practice base, policy base and good conditions, as well as it face the problems of incomplete law system, weak understand on land circulation of farmers, imperfect supervision system and lack of interest protection mechanism. This paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of laws and regulations system, social security system, supervision system and the construction of interest protection mechanism.
