摘　　要：目的比较头孢西丁钠2组不同给药方案中峰时和谷时血清杀菌活性（SBA）,研究SBA的测定在评价抗菌药物给药方案中的应用价值。方法收集头孢西丁钠1日3次规范用药组（实验组：1.0 g,q 8 h）患者33例和1日1次用药组（对照组：2.0 g,q 24 h）患者30例,比较2组患者对质控菌株金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的峰时和谷时SBA效价。结果实验组患者对2种质控菌株SBA峰值均为1∶4-1∶32,谷值均为〈1∶1-1∶4;对照组患者对2种质控菌株的SBA峰值均为1∶8-1∶64,谷值均〈1∶1。增加给药间隔时间会降低谷时SBA效价。2种质控菌株的对照组峰时SBA均高于实验组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论实验组能保证理想的峰时和谷时SBA,对照组易造成峰时药物过量,用药间隔时间过长导致谷时SBA过低影响疗效。SBA测定可作为抗菌药物给药方案评价的重要依据。Objective To compare SBA for the peak and valley of cefoxitin sodium in 2 different dosage regimens,and research the value of SBA test in evaluating dosing regimen of antibacterial drug. Methods Collected patients treated with cefoxitin sodium,including 33 cases of normalized medication（ experimental group： 1. 0 g,q 8 h） and 30 cases（ control group： 2. 0 g,q 24 h）. To test and compare the SBA efficiency in peak and valley of the 2 group patients for 2 kinds of quality- control strains of Staphylococcus aureus,E. coli bacterium. Results The peak of SBA titer for 2 kinds of quality- control strains,in the experimental group,were 1∶4- 1∶32,the valley were 1∶1- 1∶4; in the control group,the peak were 1∶8- 1∶64,the valley were 1∶1. Increasing the interval time of administration will decrease the SBA titer of the valley. The SBA peak of control group were all higher than experimental group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The experimental group can guarantee the ideal peak and valley SBA titer,and the control group can cause drug overdose for peak. Long interval time of use of medication resulted in low effect of SBA in valley. SBA test results can be used as important basis in evaluating dosing regimen of antibacterial drug.
