摘  要:目的对杭州市5大水源微生物及相关理化指标进行调查检测,为杭州居民用水安全提供依据。方法 2015年夏季对杭州市5大水源进行微生物及水的p H值、总硬度、溶解氧、COD、BOD、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、菌落总数、总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群进行检测,并进行水质评价。结果杭州市5大水源菌落总数检出值均较高;总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群在钱塘江杭州段检出值较高,京杭大运河杭州段检出值最高;氨氮含量京杭大运河杭州段明显偏高,其他水源较低;亚硝酸盐氮所有水源均较低,硝酸盐氮所有水源均明显偏高。结论杭州市5大水源有不同程度的微生物污染,污染受人类活动影响较为严重。Objective To investigate and test the five sources of microorganism and related physical and chemical indicators in Hangzhou,so as to provide basis for the safety of residents' drinking water in Hangzhou. Methods In the summer of 2015,the five water sources in Hangzhou city were investigated and detected on p H value,total hardness,dissolved oxygen,COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total bacterial count,total coli group of microorganism and fecal Escherichia coli group,and the water quality evaluation was carried out. Results In the five water sources in Hangzhou,the total number of colonies was higher,the total number of Escherichia coli group and fecal Escherichia coli group in Qiantang river was higher,with that in the Grande Canale the highest. Ammonia nitrogen content was significantly higher in the Grande Canale,but lower in other water sources. Nitrite nitrogen was lower in all water sources,but nitrate nitrogen was significantly higher. Conclusion The five water sources in Hangzhou are with different degrees of microbial contamination,which is more severely affected by human activities.
