摘 要:本试验旨在研究脯氨酸代谢对妊娠环江香猪繁殖性能的影响,并探讨其可能的生理生化机制。选取48头后备环江母猪,配种15 d后随机分成3组,每组8个重复,每个重复2头猪。各组分别饲喂添加0.77%L-丙氨酸(丙氨酸组)、1%L-脯氨酸(脯氨酸组)、0.77%L-丙氨酸+0.016 7%二氟甲基鸟氨酸(DFMO)(DFMO组)的试验饲粮。分别于配种第45和70天,每重复随机取1头母猪,放血处死,收集血液,用于生化参数分析;解剖母猪,记录黄体数、胎儿数和胎儿重。结果表明:妊娠第70天时,脯氨酸组窝重显著高于丙氨酸组(P<0.05);妊娠第45天时,脯氨酸组血浆谷丙转氨酶活性以及白蛋白浓度均显著低于丙氨酸组(P<0.05)。妊娠第70天与第45天相比,脯氨酸组血浆总胆固醇浓度、DFMO组血浆高密度脂蛋白和白蛋白浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。其余指标各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加脯氨酸可能通过改善机体氮代谢和脂肪代谢而促进妊娠环江香猪胎儿的生长发育。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of proline metabolism on reproductive performance in pregnant Huanjiang mini-pigs and approach its underlying physio-biochemical mechanism. Fourty-eight female Huanjiang mini-pigs were used in this study. After 15-day of service,the animals were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 2 pigs per replicate. The pigs in the three groups were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 0. 77% L-alanine( alanine group),1% L-proline( proline group),or0. 77% L-alanine + 0. 0167% 2-difluoromethylornithine( DFMO)( DFMO group) in basal diet,respectively.After 45-day and 70-day of service,one sow per replicate was weighted and killed by bloodletting. Blood samples were collected for analyzing biochemical parameters. The number of corpora luteum,fetus number and fetus weight were observed,by dissecting the sampled sow s. The results show ed as follow s: the litter weight in proline group after 70-day of service was significantly higher compared with the alanine group( P〈0. 05); after 45-day of service,the plasma glutamate pyruvate transaminase activity and albumn concentration in the proline group were significantly decreased compared with the alanine group( P〈0. 05). After 70-day of service,the plasma total cholesterol concentrations in the proline group,and high-density lipoprotein and albumin concentrations in DFMO group were significantly decreased compared with 45-day post-service( P〈0. 05). The other parameters had no significant difference among three groups( P〉0. 05). It is concluded that dietary supplementation with proline might increase the growth and development of fetus in pregnant sow s via altering the metabolism of nitrogen and lipid during pregnancy.
