摘 要:钢材在循环荷载下将出现包辛格效应、循环硬化及循环软化现象,这使得钢材在循环和单调荷载下的本构关系有所区别。通过对国产Q690GJ高强度结构钢材进行单调和循环加载试验研究,并从单调和循环加载性能、循环加载现象等方面分析其力学性能差异。结果表明,Q690GJ钢材在循环荷载下的滞回性能良好,由于循环硬化作用使得钢材强度提高的幅度很小,循环软化较早出现,同时试件在循环荷载下由于塑性损伤累积,与单调加载相比延性变差。基于Ramberg-Osgood模型,可以较好地拟合Q690GJ高强度钢材在循环荷载下的应力-应变骨架曲线。Bauschinger effect,cyclic hardening and cyclic softening often occur in structural steel under cyclic loading,which lead to the constitutive response under monotonic and cyclic loading is different. Therefore,experimental study on domestic Q690 GJ high strength structural steel under monotonic and cyclic loading was conducted. The differences in mechanical properties were analyzed in terms of monotonic and cyclic loading performances as well as cyclic loading phenomena. The results showed that the hysteretic behavior of Q690 GJ steel under cyclic loading was favorable,and the influence of cyclic hardening on steel strength was limited,which led to premature occurrence of cyclic softening. The ductility of specimen under cyclic loading was reduced owing to cumulative plastic damage compared with that under monotonic loading. On the basis of Ramberg-Osgood model,stress-strain skeleton curves of Q690 GJ high strength steel under cyclic loading could be appositely fitted.
