整体卫浴与主体结构连接的结构方案及标准化

摘　　要：整体卫浴是一种高度集成的新型工业化生产加工的卫浴间产品。根据常见的整体卫浴尺寸设计与主体结构相连接的角钢框架,提出整体卫浴与主体结构连接的两种结构方案:整体卫浴与柱的螺栓连接和整体卫浴与次梁的螺栓连接,并根据构造要求、结构的受力特点、力学性能、考虑地震作用对结构的影响给出了具体的连接形式和连接尺寸,以期新方案可以推进标准化内装,进而促进钢结构住宅的发展。The unit bathroom is a new type of highly-integrated industrial bathroom products. A steel angle frame was designed for the connection between unit bathroom and main structure. Two connection schemes for unit bathroom and its main structure were proposed in this paper： the bolt connection of unit bathroom and column; the bolt connection of unit bathroom and secondary beam. According to requirements of structure,mechanical characteristics,mechanical properties of the structure and the influence of seismic load on the structure,the specific connection forms and size were decided. The proposed program may promote indoor decoration standardization even the development of steel structure buildings.
