摘  要:普通方(矩)形管桁架由方(矩)形管之间直接焊接或通过节点板焊接而成,具有强度高、刚度大、构造简单、用料经济等优点,适用于大中型跨度的厂房或公用建筑。由于焊缝质量难以得到保证,镀锌层容易遭到破坏,因而传统的焊接方法并不适合于厚度较薄(0.6~3.0 mm)的热镀锌薄壁方(矩)形管桁架。由通过总结普通方(矩)形管桁架研究成果,提出一种针对热镀锌冷弯薄壁方(矩)形管的管桁架。该桁架热镀锌冷弯方(矩)形管和设置在钢管两侧的标准冲压件通过自攻螺钉连接而成,具有用钢量少、生产方便、耐腐蚀、综合造价低等优势,适用于跨度不大于30 m的厂房及公共建筑等。介绍热镀锌冷弯薄壁方(矩)形管桁架的做法及工程实践,总结近年来有关这种冷弯薄壁管桁架的研究进展,以期对工程设计和应用提供参考,也为今后进一步研究积累资料。The traditional square or rectangular tube truss is welded by square or rectangular tubes directly or through the gusset plate. Because of the advantages of high strength,large rigidity,simple structure and economy,it can be applied to the small or middle span plant and public building. However,because it is difficult to guarantee the weld quality,and the galvanized layer is easy to be damaged,the traditional welding method is not suitable for the tube truss made of the galvanized thin-walled square or rectangular tubes with thickness( 0. 6 ~ 3. 0 mm). Based on the research results of traditional square or rectangular tube truss,a hot galvanized cold-formed thin-walled tube truss was proposed,which was composed of galvanized square or rectangular tubes and standard stamping connectors by self tapping screws. The proposed tube truss is applicable to plant and public building with span no more than 30 meters because of the advatages of less steel quantity,convenient production,corrosion resistance and low comprehensive cost. Firstly,this paper introduced the construction methods and engineering practice of the galvanized cold-formed square or rectangular tube truss connected by stamping connectors and tapping screws. And then,the recent research progress related to this cold-formed tube truss was summarized,so as to provide a reference for the engineering design and application of this light-weight truss and accumulate data for further research in related fields.
