摘　　要：结合我国现有的建筑评价标准和相关的技术评价体系,利用文献梳理和调查研究等方法初步确定了包括技术性指标、经济性指标、绿色可持续性指标的钢结构住宅施工与安装技术评价的指标体系;运用灰色关联聚类的评价方法对指标进行筛选,最终构建钢结构住宅施工与安装技术评价体系,为钢结构住宅施工技术的评价提供参考。Some evaluation indexes of construction and installation technology of steel structure residence,including technical index,economy index and green sustainability index,were preliminarily defined by combining with the existing building assessment standard and relevant technical evaluation systems and using of literature review and research. The evaluation system of construction and installation technology of steel structure residence was established after these indexes were filtered by gray relational cluster,which could provide a reference for the evaluation of construction and installation technology of steel structure residence.
