摘　　要：以施工项目已有问题为出发点,展开论述,项目组成QC小组,对现状问题的分析、调查、研究,查找出问题的原因,并一一确认主要原因,根据主要原因再制定对策表,责任到人进行对策实施,最终取得一定的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用。This paper took the existing problems in construction project as the starting point and discussed,Quality Control group formed by the project made analysis,investigation and research to the problem of the status quo,and found out the causes of the problem,then identified the main reason,according to the main reason to make countermeasures table,ensure the responsibility arrived person to take measures to implement,and achieved a certain economic benefits and social benefits,which was worthy of popularization and application.
