摘　　要：法律基础教学过程中贯彻思想政治教育的整体观是法律教育教学的一项重要内容。将思想政治教育整体观作为法律基础教学的主导观念加以贯彻,是加强法律与道德、正义联系的基础。整体观贯彻要把握思政教育主导问题、渗透问题等。To carry out the overall concept of ideological and political education in elementary law teaching courses is an important part of legal education, which as well lays a foundation to strengthen the relations among law, morality and justice. The role of the overall concept of ideological and political education in elementary law teaching serves as a starting point in this paper to simply analyze the items which require noticing in the implementation of the overall concept of ideological and political education during elementary law teaching, aiming to provide legal advice to the teaching of elementary law.
