小儿脊髓栓系综合征50例护理体会

摘　　要：目的:为提高今后的临床护理工作,对小儿脊髓栓系综合征的临床护理工作进行总结。方法:对笔者所在医院2010年1月-2015年1月收治的50例小儿脊髓栓系综合征患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患儿治疗过程中的护理工作。结果:50例患儿经手术治疗及精心的护理后均痊愈出院,无一例患儿因护理不当出现并发症。结论:做好小儿脊髓栓系综合征的围手术期护理,能有效提高患儿家属的信心,同时预防不良并发症的发生,最大程度的帮助患儿恢复神经脊髓功能。Objective：To improve the clinical nursing work in the future,and summarize the clinical nursing work of the children with tethered cord syndrome.Method：The clinical data of 50 patients with tethered cord syndrome were treated from January 2010 to January 2015 in our hospital,which were analyzed retrospectively,and sumed up the nursing work in the treatment of patients.Result：50 cases were cured and discharged without surgical treatment and care,and there was no case of complications due to nursing care.Conclusion：The perioperative nursing care of children with tethered cord syndrome can effectively improve the confidence of the families of the children,and prevent the occurrence of adverse complications,help children recover neurological function in greatest degree.
