摘 要:实际工程中,通常会将多个油罐进行一定布置形成油罐群,罐群地基的孔隙水压力和有效应力相互叠加,易使储油罐的基础产生不均匀沉降,对其安全使用造成严重威胁。为研究罐群效应对油罐沉降的影响,本文结合中石化仪征大型储油罐项目,通过选取合适的材料模型并对碎石桩进行合理的简化,建立储罐群的有限元模型,通过分布加荷的模拟计算,得到与现实监测的数据趋势比较相近的计算结果,从而证明此模型是有效的。分析在不同顺序的充水加荷下,各油罐复合地基沉降和差异沉降受到的影响,进而确定合理的充水方案,为今后类似工程提供参考。In practical engineering,the multiple tank of oil was always formed by a certain arrangement to tank farm.The pore water pressure and the effective stress in the foundation of tank farm will overlays of each other.It can make uneven settlement in the foundation of the oil tank,and the use of the tank will become very dangerous.This paper focuses on a large storage tanks project in Yizheng(constructed by Sinopec Group)to analyze the settlement of foundation with considering the effect of tank group.The author chooses the appropriate material models and carries on the reasonable simplification of gravel pile.Then the finite element model of tank group can be established.The author get some data through the simulation of the applied process of load.The trend of the data is similar to the one get from monitoring.It can prove that the model established by the author is effective and can be used in the study.Through analyze different pressure through different orders of water-filling process,the author study the influence of the composite foundation settlement and differential settlement to each tank.The result showed that the water-filling at the same time is the best way to differential settlement in the foundation of each tank in the group.The research results and conclusions are hopefully to serve as a reference for similar projects.
