摘　　要：本文介绍一种托辊轴承座孔加工专用机床,该机由移动液压缸、动力头、定位座、夹紧装置、刀具、滑轨等部分组成。其工作时,动力头带动刀具旋转,液压缸推动动力头在导轨上移动,靠近工件,工件通过夹紧装置固定于定位座上,专用机床结构两端对称,两端同时工作,从而快速高效地完成对托辊轴承座孔的加工。This paper introduces a roller bearing hole special machine tool, the machine was composed of the mobile hydraulic cylinder,power head, positioning, clamping device, cutting tool, slide rail parts. When Working, power head turns the cutter, hydraulic cylinder pushing power head on the guide rail, close to the work piece, the work piece was fixed on the positioning seat by the clamping device, symmetry on both ends of the machine tool, both ends of work at the same time, to quickly and efficiently to complete the processing of roller bearing hole.
